Meet The Directors

Lin Andrews

Lin, together with his wife, Bunty Andrews are the founders of the Lin Andrews Group of Companies. The group offers a full range of real estate services to the public of South Australia, including residential and commercial sales, property management and property development. They have recently celebrated 50 years of service to their community. Lin is also a FCPA and brings a wealth of financial and business experience to the company.

Maria Panuccio

Maria commenced her career with the Lin Andrews Group some 33 years ago after completing her diploma in accounting, and along her journey, became a fully qualified and licenced agent. Maria has successfully grown a strata management business in her early years, and at a later date was involved at an executive level of a strata and body corporate management business. She left her executive position and established her own business which was later merged with Kevin Hodges Real Estate, where she has taken up an executive leadership role.

Kevin Hodges

Kevin entered the real estate industry in 1984 as a property manager. Since those early days, he has become a licenced agent, sales person, auctioneer, and business owner. He has run his own agency for some 25 years.
Shortly after opening the office, Kevin and Lin, in partnership, established two real estate offices, creating a substantial property management portfolio. Kevin continues his great passion of assisting people to achieve financial security through wise real estate investment and professional administrative systems and controls.

ABOUT US

Commercial Body-Corp Management has been created by former business partners, Lin Andrews, Maria Panuccio, and Kevin Hodges to provide a specialised Body Corporate management for Community and Strata Titled commercial properties across Adelaide and South Australia.
With circa 100 years of combined real estate service between them, the Directors bring a wealth of knowledge and experience for your protection and the satisfaction of our clients.

OUR SERVICES INCLUDE:

Corporation meetings:

Convene and chair annual and special meetings of Community and Strata members as required under the ACT.

Financial Management:

Manage all the financial affairs of each Corporation including preparation of annual budgets, and provision of all necessary reports to keep members informed. Funds are held in trust for sinking funds and ongoing expenditure. Our trust account is fully audited each year by a registered company auditor.

Insurance:

Arrange all the necessary insurances for each Corporation ensuring adequate cover at the best rates and process claims as they fall due for the benefit of our clients.

Maintenance and repairs:

We have put together a select panel of tradespeople and suppliers for professional maintenance and repairs as required. All tradespeople on our panel are professionally qualified, licensed, and insured.

Compliance:

Legislation continues to be more and more arduous, and our staff keep up to date with their professional development to ensure correct compliance with all Corporations under our care.

Sales and Rental Management:

This company has a specialised focus, and that is commercial body corporate management. It does not sell or rent properties, however, we may refer clients to agents who are on our panel for specialised property services.
